Scroll-stopping Reels and Shorts go out.</p><p><br></p><p>Your job:</p><ul><li>Edit raw talking head footage into 30-60 second Reels, Shorts, and TikToks</li><li>Add clean, timed captions in English AND Hindi (both languages required)</li><li>Generate B-roll using AI tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, or similar) to support the talking points. We don't send B-roll. You create it.</li><li>Select and add background music that matches the tone (calm, authoritative, not hype)</li><li>Clean cuts. No over-editing. No flashy transitions. Raw and authentic is the style.</li><li>Create thumbnails for every video</li><li>Deliver in correct format and aspect ratio for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok</li><li>20+ videos per month</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You Must Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing tool)</li><li>Working knowledge of After Effects for text animations and motion graphics</li><li>Experience editing short-form talking head content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)</li><li>Proven experience using AI tools to generate B-roll footage and visuals</li><li>Can add clean, properly timed captions in English and Hindi</li><li>Understand pacing for short-form.
