100% Remote - Corporation Tax - In-house - ACA ACCA ATT Your new company My client is a leader in its sector providing logistics services to clients. They have a wide-ranging portfolio of services across 5 divisions of services. They are a worldwide organisation operating across a global network and are focused on service, quality and sustainability.

Due to a retirement from the team after long service, there is a new position available. The team is very stable, across all taxes there are 15 people in the team, 4 focussing on corporation tax. This is a UK-focussed role, but does have an element of transfer pricing involved.

If you are looking for a 100% remote role working for a global brand , then this may be the role for you! Your new role You will: Be responsible for corporate tax compliance for a portfolio of entities across the group or business divisions Preparing UK corporate tax computations and filing returns, producing tax disclosures for inclusion in statutory accounts Dealing with tax technical issues as they arise. Dealing with tax audit queries from Deloitte.

Preparing transfer pricing documentation, taking into account the Group’s transfer pricing policy and other transfer pricing aspects. Prior experience is not a necessity as training will be provided. Manage internal queries regarding transfer pricing matters, e.g.

determination of transfer prices involving one division or cross-divisional transactions. Assist with the Group’s year-end and quarterly reporting under IFRS and Prior Year Adjustment calculations Assist with reviewing the UK Group’s CFC position, process improvements and making appropriate claims and elections. Liaise with HMRC on issues as they arise and timely respond to queries.

Liaise with other tax colleagues in the worldwide group to deal with withholding tax issues, residency certificates, US tax forms and other overseas issues What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant or tax professional, ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary dependent on experience of up to £55,000 with up to a 15% bonus.
