2D Pixel Artist Needed for Sports Management Game Redesign

We're looking for a talented 2D game artist or pixel artist to help redesign and expand the visual assets for an existing college sports management simulation game.

The game puts players in charge of a fictional college athletic department, where they make decisions about budgets, staffing, facilities, fundraising, and other challenges facing college sports administrators.

We're developing a major update that introduces new gameplay features, including customizable characters, office personalization, staff hiring, and career progression.

We want to give the game a meaningful visual refresh while maintaining a cohesive, fun, and recognizable art style.

The project includes:

Game environments: Updating office backgrounds, furniture, decorations, and other in-game elements.

Characters: Creating customizable player avatars and staff portraits.

Game graphics: Designing icons, illustrations, achievements, and other visual assets used throughout the game.

Branding: Refreshing the game's logo, loading screens, and supporting graphics.

What We're Looking For

- Experience creating 2D game art, ideally pixel art.

- Strong portfolio of game environments, characters, and UI assets.

- Experience creating modular or customizable character assets.

- Ability to maintain a consistent visual style across a collection of assets.

- Understanding of designing assets for both desktop and mobile screens.

- Ability to deliver organized, editable source files and production-ready PNG exports.

- Good communication and willingness to collaborate on the visual direction.

- Comfortable using AI tools to speed the development of assets
