Our client, a fast-growing and innovative Technology company, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is looking to develop their administrative career within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Working closely with two Executive Assistants, you will provide essential day-to-day support, ensuring the smooth running of their  busy schedules while also assisting with wider office and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:-
Supporting two Executive Assistants with complex diary management and meeting coordination.
Managing shared and executive inboxes, responding to enquiries and prioritising correspondence.
Coordinating internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
Preparing documents, presentations and reports using Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
Assisting the HR team with onboarding, maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews and coordinating new starter inductions.
Providing general administrative support across the business.
Maintaining confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Supporting ad hoc projects and helping wherever needed in a collaborative team environment.

About You
Previous experience in a PA, Team Assistant or Administrative Assistant role.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, flexible and positive attitude.
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Experience supporting HR administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
