Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the aerospace industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and marketing, to deliver high-quality solutions to Airbus. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify potential areas for growth and innovation. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to Airbus, showcasing BAE Systems' capabilities and value proposition. Manage the account budget and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance to senior management. Mentor and support other team members in developing and maintaining client relationships. Represent BAE Systems at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
