We’re looking for an SMB Account Manager (French Market) to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll help us empower restaurant partners across France to get the very best out of our platform by advising on marketing, technology, and operational excellence.

  • This role offers a £35,300 OTE yearly package (basic salary £29,300 + up to £6000 bonus yearly).
  • This role is hybrid (3 days a week in office / 2 days remote working).
  • Start Date - 7th September 2026

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the SMB (Small Medium Business) team. Based in Manchester City Centre, we are a high-energy group that supports local independent restaurants through a desk-based consultancy model, helping them navigate the rapidly expanding delivery industry.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Portfolio Management: Lead a diverse portfolio of accounts using a desk-based model, supporting growth through phone, email, and digital presentations.
  • Relationship Partnership: Maintain long-term relationships with our French partner base, ensuring high-quality service and driving positive outcomes for both the restaurant and Deliveroo.
  • Campaign Execution: Drive engagement with national and local marketing opportunities to improve key performance metrics, including order volume and partner retention.
  • Operational Liaison: Act as the bridge between your restaurants and internal teams to ensure our solutions are delivered according to partner needs.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use insights to identify performance barriers and implement creative solutions that help partners offer the best delivery experience possible.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential:

  • Professional fluency in French, with the ability to converse confidently with business owners in the French market.
  • Proven track record in account management, with strong relationship-building skills that consistently produce positive results.
  • Strong communication skills, specifically an excellent phone manner and experience providing high-quality support via telephone or video.
  • Analytical ability, with a knack for understanding complex problems and finding the crux of an issue quickly using data.
  • Creative problem-solving, with an enthusiastic approach to removing barriers and a keen interest in how technology drives partner success.

  • Step 4: Interview & Case Study – You’ll be invited to interview with one of our Managers, which may include a case study where you’ll present your findings (online or onsite).
  • Step 5: Outcome – We’ll get back to you after your interview to let you know the result!
