About the Agency

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join a leading independent media agency, which have a great reputation and culture in place.

They work with a range of exciting, entrepreneurial brands to deliver innovative work and have one of the best retention rates out there…people stay here for a long time as they really look after their team.

As Account Manager you will manage day-to-day client accounts, support media planning and buying delivery, and oversee junior team members where required. The role combines hands-on campaign planning and client servicing.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts

  • Respond to client briefs and translate them into clear media plans and recommendations

  • Set up, manage and report on campaigns, including digital platforms (e.g. Meta)

  • Support media planning and buying across multiple channels, including OOH

  • Develop strong working relationships with clients

  • Support junior team members where required and ensure deadlines are met

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve campaign performance

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience in media planning role

  • Experience of buying would be a plus

  • Experience setting up Meta campaigns

  • Experience handling client relationships directly

  • Experience in campaign setup, delivery and reporting

  • Comfortable managing accounts with limited supervision

  • Exposure across multiple media channels, ideally including OOH
