Admin Assistant (Customer Support), immediate start

<strong>About This Opportunity<br><br></strong>Ethos is hiring two Admin Assistants to join the team immediately - ideally starting Monday.<br><br>You'll work alongside the team handling support requests from our customers and users through our own internal support inbox system. This is a hands-on, high-volume role: triaging incoming requests, responding to users, escalating where needed, and keeping the inbox clean and on top of SLAs.<br><br>The ideal candidate has real experience in admin roles with a strong customer support component - particularly managing shared support inboxes. You're tech savvy and comfortable picking up new internal tools quickly. If you already use AI tools in your day-to-day work to move faster, that's a significant plus.<br><br>Two positions available. Immediate start preferred (Monday).<br><br><strong>Key Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>At least 3 years experience in admin roles</li><li>Hands-on customer support experience, especially managing support inboxes</li><li>Tech savvy — comfortable learning new internal tools quickly</li><li>Bonus: uses AI tools in day-to-day work</li><li>Available to start immediately (ideally Monday)</li><li>Strong written communication</li></ul>
