Location: Nottingham, NG2 3NG
Working Days / Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday
Working Pattern: 9:00am - 5:00pm 7am - 7pm
Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour

Assignment runs until 31/3/2027

Our Client is hiring for an Admin Officer to provide day-to-day administrative support while working to clear procedures and using your judgement to keep tasks moving under general supervision.

What you'll be doing:
* Overseeing administrative procedures and processes to support efficient day-to-day operations
* Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
* Preparing routine correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
* Following set procedures while exercising some independent judgement when carrying out instructions

What you'll bring:
* Experience in administration with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Confidence using MS Office to support administrative tasks and documentation
* Strong communication skills-clear, professional, and effective in both writing and conversation
* The ability to follow instructions, follow processes closely, and still take ownership of your part of the work

Additional information:
This role is temporary, and the client will validate the role and job specification during vacancy management.
