Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant on a 6 months FTC to support our team by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy. * General office administration. * Support of company suppliers; co-ordination and processing of purchase orders, supplier invoices, ordering of office supplies etc. * Support with maintaining files and databases in a confidential manner. * Support with the H&S function and maintaining various H&S records (Remote DSE Assessments, IT Equipment forms, etc.) * Co-ordination of consultants' travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, collating time sheets and expense claims. * Ensure Timekeeping Software is updated weekly to track project progress, time allocation, and invoicing data. * Organisation of company events – training/seminars/promotional events. * Manage company telephones, ensuring contracts are up to date and costs are controlled. * Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by company management to ensure the efficient running of the business. * Minimum 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English to at least grade C (or equivalent) * 2 years minimum in a prior administrative role * Management of Filing System * Maintain calendars and schedule meetings * Manage communication including emails and phone calls * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) * Excellent interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of business and personal information both internally and externally * Evidence of well-developed organisational, planning and time management abilities * Ability to Multi-task with a strong attention to detail * Proven ability to working independently and on own initiative Why Join ARC Regulatory? * 32 days of annual leave * Employer pension contributions * Office located in Catalyst Belfast – a hub of innovation Seniority level * Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type * Employment type Temporary Job function * Job function Administrative Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ARC Regulatory by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for "Administrative Assistant" roles.
