As our company continues to expand, we\'re looking for a reliable, proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant / PA to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This is a flexible, work-from-home role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage company email inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to customer and supplier enquiries.
  • Manage and update our CRM system, ensuring all leads, customer details, job statuses and communications are accurately recorded and tracked.
  • Assist with invoicing, expenses and basic financial tracking using Xero accounting software.
  • Complete and submit solar installation permission forms and related compliance documentation.
  • Schedule new jobs and site visits, keeping installation team calendars fully organised and up to date.
  • Maintain accurate digital filing systems and administrative records.
  • Support directors with ad hoc administrative and PA tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, PA, or office support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience with Xero (or similar accounting software) is desirable.
  • Proficient with email, spreadsheets and online systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
  • Access to reliable internet and a quiet home working environment.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working hours – 4 hours per day (between 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday).
  • Fully remote position. However occasionally need to organise post within the office etc
  • Company laptop and printer provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£16.50 per hour
