<p><strong>Administrative & HR Assistant OMB Holdings · London - Hybrid · Full-time</strong></p><p><br></p><p>OMB Holdings is a privately held investment and holding company overseeing a portfolio of businesses across several sectors, including consumer brands, property technology, distribution, financial trading and automotive. We are a small, fast-moving team and we are looking for an organised, discreet and dependable Administrative & HR Assistant to support the group's leadership and day-to-day operations.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being the organisational backbone of a business — keeping things running, staying on top of detail, and supporting the team across several companies at once.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p>You will provide administrative and HR support across the group and its businesses, working directly with senior leadership. No two days are the same, and the role spans a genuine mix of responsibilities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Administrative</strong></p><ul><li>Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel for the leadership team</li><li>Organising and maintaining company records, files and documents</li><li>Preparing documents, correspondence and basic reports</li><li>Acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries</li><li>Supporting the smooth running of the office and day-to-day operations</li><li>Processing expenses, invoices and general administrative tasks</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>HR support</strong></p><ul><li>Helping to coordinate recruitment — arranging interviews, managing candidate communication and preparing onboarding paperwork</li><li>Maintaining employee records accurately and confidentially</li><li>Supporting onboarding for new starters</li><li>Keeping HR documentation and administrative processes organised and up to date</li><li>Assisting leadership with day-to-day people and HR matters</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Because we are a group of businesses, you will work across several companies, so the ability to juggle priorities and switch context is important.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in an administrative, office support or HR assistant role</li><li>Highly organised, with strong attention to detail</li><li>Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li><li>Confident communicator, both written and verbal</li><li>Comfortable working across multiple tasks and priorities at once</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace</li><li>A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Useful but not essential:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in a start-up, SME or multi-company environment</li><li>Exposure to HR administration or an interest in developing in HR</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>THE DETAILS</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> London, Hybrid </p><p><strong>Type: </strong>Full-time </p><p><strong>Reporting to:</strong> Group leadership</p><p><br></p><p>We offer the chance to work closely with senior leadership across a growing group of businesses, with genuine variety and the opportunity to grow with the company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>TO APPLY</strong></p><p>Please apply through LinkedIn with your CV and a short note on why the role suits you.
