As a key member of the Academic Services team, you will be accountable for all aspects of Planning, Scheduling, and Programming of training schedules. Job title: Administrator (Training Scheduling) Job Description: What you’ll be doing: Scheduling and planning training courses and any related events at the college Process learners timetables and re-arrange where necessary Manage staff & associate tutors timetables Managing course bookings Resolve any issues in the training room or regarding equipment Process timesheets General admin support What we’re looking for: Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace Strong administrator Excellent organisational skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal About Fire Service College: At Capita - Fire Service College we’re training the next generation of firefighters to respond to any emergency and create a safer world.
