Amazon Advertising Manager

Location: Remote, UK based, with regular travel to London A fast growing specialist Amazon agency that has doubled in size year on year since launching, is seeking an Amazon Advertising Manager to join their team.

This is a hands on, client facing role supporting several large UK, European and US advertising accounts. You will take ownership of campaign strategy, budget management, performance and client communication, while working closely with the wider team to deliver profitable growth.

Although the role is remote, candidates must be based in the UK and able to travel easily into London on a regular basis for client and team meetings.

If you enjoy using data to make commercial decisions, collaborating with clients to solve complex ecommerce challenges and working within a fast moving agency environment, this could be a great opportunity.

What you will own

  • Manage Amazon Advertising strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP for multiple clients
  • Own client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
  • Independently assess and balance priorities across a busy portfolio, responding confidently to competing client demands and deadlines
  • Proactively identify retail readiness issues and opportunities that could affect advertising performance, working with the wider team to address them
  • Lead performance analysis and campaign optimisation, clearly connecting changes in ACOS and TACoS to overall sales, revenue and profitability
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and a consistently high quality service
  • Support reporting, insight generation and budget planning for each account, using AI enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision making

About you

  • At least two years of hands on Amazon Advertising experience, ideally gained within an agency
  • Practical Amazon DSP experience, with the confidence to contribute to activations with minimal ramp up time
  • Experience using AI enabled automation and reporting tools to improve analysis, efficiency and client insight
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, set priorities and manage competing demands across multiple agency accounts
  • A strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to explain both the action taken and its measurable impact on sales and overall performance
  • Strong familiarity with Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Practical knowledge of Amazon Advertising, SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
  • An excellent communicator who can translate complex data into clear, strategic advice
  • A self starter who thrives in a remote, fast paced environment and is comfortable making independent decisions
  • A genuine interest in ecommerce, a challenger mindset and an eagerness to continue learning and developing
  • UK based and able to commute easily into London on a regular basis
