Join LENKIE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED as an AI Product Manager reporting to the CTO. This high-impact role blends 60% product strategy with 40% hands-on technical prototyping. You will embed with Risk and Underwriting teams to identify high-value opportunities, build working LLM prototypes, and scale AI-driven solutions that redefine how small businesses access capital.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Risk, Collections, and Underwriting teams to diagnose operational bottlenecks and identify high-value AI implementation opportunities.

  • Build functional end-to-end prototypes using Python or TypeScript, LLMs, RAG, and agents to prove technical feasibility before committing engineering resources.

  • Own the AI product roadmap, defining clear success metrics and ensuring every initiative aligns with measurable company growth and risk reduction objectives.

The ideal candidate

  • Brings 3–6 years of experience in product management or engineering, ideally with a background as a software engineer, data scientist, or technical founder.

  • Demonstrates hands-on proficiency in Python or TypeScript with a proven track record of building and shipping applications powered by LLMs.

  • Possesses strong data fluency with SQL and a commercial mindset to connect technical AI outputs to revenue and operational efficiency.
