Function: Performance Marketing

Salary/Grade: £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on skills and experiences + health + up to 15% bonus + Up to 10% matched pension + bens

As our AI & SEO Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving organic growth across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. This isn’t just about rankings, it’s about shaping how brands appear in AI-driven discovery and influencing the future of digital marketing.

You’ll have the chance to get hands-on with a wide range of exciting activity from technical SEO optimisation and content strategy to experimenting with AI search techniques like prompt optimisation and intent modelling. Working closely with experienced specialists, agencies, and cross-functional teams, you’ll gain exposure to end-to-end marketing strategy while developing highly sought-after skills in one of the fastest-growing areas of the industry.

This role offers real ownership and impact: you’ll analyse performance data, uncover valuable insights, and directly influence decisions that improve visibility, traffic, and customer engagement.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO.
  • Working knowledge of AI‑powered search agents and LLM‑driven discovery.
  • Understanding of digital marketing mechanics and performance measurement
  • Competent use of SEO and analytics tools (e.g. Search Console, SEO platforms, analytics suites).
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reports. Experience in an SEO or organic performance role.
  • Hands‑on experience delivering technical and on‑page SEO improvements.
  • Exposure to AI search tools, LLM optimisation, or emerging search formats is desirable.
