About Us

Hab Shifa is a long-established Australian wellness brand with over 15 years of market leadership in Black Seed Oil and natural therapeutics. Our international brand Holistq is rapidly expanding in key markets through Amazon, pharmacy chains, and health retailers. We currently operate Amazon storefronts in Australia, Canada, and the UK, and are preparing to launch into new markets (e.g., UAE, South Africa, US, and others).

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Amazon Account Manager to oversee and grow our Amazon business globally. This is a strategic role that will involve day-to-day operational management, agency liaison, performance optimization, and market expansion.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on Amazon experience, a strong commercial mindset, and proven success across multiple Amazon marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities1. Account Management (Global)
  • Oversee daily operations and performance of Amazon storefronts in Australia, Canada, and the UK
  • Work with external Amazon agencies to ensure optimal execution of listings, ads, A+ content, inventory, and compliance
  • Manage catalog health, monitor account metrics, and flag/address any account health or compliance issues
2.Agency Liaison
  • Act as internal lead and main point of contact with third-party Amazon agencies
  • Review and approve monthly PPC strategies, SEO improvements, A+ content, and campaign plans
  • Audit agency performance, hold quarterly business reviews, and ensure deliverables align with KPIs
3. Market Expansion
  • Lead the strategy and implementation for launching in new Amazon markets (e.g., US, UAE, South Africa)
  • Handle internal approvals, compliance checks, account setup, and cross-border listing coordination
  • Ensure proper localization of listings, keyword strategies, pricing, and fulfillment readiness
4. Sales Growth & Optimisation
  • Own the P&L for Amazon channels and report on weekly/monthly sales, spend, and ROI by region
  • Use data to recommend and implement growth strategies (e.g., bundling, pricing strategies, promotions, Subscribe & Save)
  • Drive reviews and ratings strategy using approved tools and customer engagement flows
5. Inventory & Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate with supply chain/ops team to maintain optimal inventory levels across FBA
  • Monitor inbound shipments, avoid stock-outs, and plan for seasonal or campaign-based demand spikes
  • Use restock reports and inventory analytics tools (Amazon reports) to forecast needs
6. Reporting & Insights
  • Deliver regular performance dashboards (sales, TACoS, conversion, ACoS, ROI, etc.)
  • Benchmark against competitors and category leaders to identify opportunities
  • Share insights with executive and marketing teams to inform broader business decisions
Requirements
  • 5–7 years Amazon experience across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central (multi-marketplace preferred)
  • Proven success in growing Amazon revenue across at least 2 international markets
  • Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO, FBA/FBM, and policy compliance
  • Experience managing agencies or Amazon freelancers
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Amazon reports, Excel/Sheets, and third-party tools (e.g. Helium10, JungleScout, SoStocked)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
