Peaple Talent have partnered with a consultancy looking to grow their Amazon Connect Practice with an experienced CX engineer working on a variety of projects across voice, chat and cases.

Ideally you will be immediately available and have a extensive background working with IaC on Contact Center projects, specifically Amazon Connect - Voice, Chat and Cases.

The team are looking for a senior engineer who has worked with CDK, Terraform, Pulumi or similar as an Infrastructure as Code tool. Alongside a proven background in CCaaS you will bring specialist knowledge to the business that will be shared and utilised on key project delivery.

They are a remote first business working with a variety of clients at different points of the project lifecycle.
