Amazon UK & EU Account Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Amazon UK & EU Account Manager to own the end-to-end performance of our Amazon marketplaces across the UK and European regions. This role operates with a listing-by-listing ownership mindset , treating each SKU as its own business with full accountability for performance, profitability, and growth.This is a hands-on operator role , not a passive reporting position. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Amazon\'s ecosystem and proactively identifies risks, opportunities, and execution gaps before they impact revenue. You will drive profitable growth, maintain listing health, coordinate advertising efforts, and ensure operational excellence across inventory, pricing, content, promotions, and competitiveness.Key Responsibilities Marketplace & Listing Ownership Own performance of Amazon UK & EU accounts at the SKU level, managing each listing as an individual profit center.Monitor and optimize listing health, suppression issues, compliance, and catalog accuracy.Identify and resolve risks related to account health, policy compliance, and listing performance.Growth & Performance Management Drive profitable revenue growth through pricing strategy, promotion planning, and competitive analysis.Track and optimize key KPIs including conversion rate, Buy Box, TACoS, margin, and inventory turns.Proactively identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, and revenue protection.Advertising & Promotion Coordination Oversee Amazon Ads performance in coordination with Ads Pro or internal ad specialists.Ensure advertising strategies align with listing health, inventory levels, and profitability goals.Support deal execution, coupons, and promotional campaigns across UK & EU marketplaces.Operational Excellence Manage inventory planning and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.Coordinate pricing updates, content improvements, and operational fixes with cross-functional teams.Ensure accurate execution across product detail pages, variations, A+ content, and storefronts.Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the central point of accountability, coordinating with Ads, Content, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.Escalate issues early and drive resolution with clear ownership and follow-through.Maintain clear documentation and performance tracking for continuous improvement.Proven experience managing Amazon UK & EU marketplaces.Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, catalog management, and account health.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and take action.Hands-on experience with pricing, inventory planning, and promotion execution.Ability to work independently with full ownership and accountability.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Purely work-from-homeNight Shift (EST)Weekly pay
