In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives across the EMEA region, helping to shape our sales strategy and strengthen our distribution approach. You will collaborate across multiple teams, aligning regional priorities with global objectives and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.


You will support the delivery of multi-brand selling across Corporate and Channel accounts in EMEA, while managing the execution of key Joint Business (JB) projects. The role offers strong exposure to collaboration with airline partners on strategic initiatives, including CRM and data exchange, agency strategy, and distribution technologies.


In addition, you will help roll out training and best practices across regions, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous enhancements aligned with Global Sales priorities.

What you'll do

  • Conduct analysis on a variety of JB-level sales initiatives to ensure that commercial strategy and business cycle ideation incorporate the AA Global Sales perspective and align with wider Commercial goals
  • Build strong relationships and ensure effective coordination with HDQ and regional teams, influencing agency and corporate program strategy, while aligning with RM and JB partners where required
  • Lead analytical efforts and stakeholder coordination for JB corporate and agency programs, tactical initiatives, and AA-led priorities such as new route launches
  • Manage AA EMEA account segmentation analysis and portfolio assignments, coordinating with HDQ for CRM tools updates and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement projects that strengthen AA and JB partner distribution and online selling strategies.
  • Provide communication, training, and support to AA and JB Account Management teams on key initiatives.
  • Ad-hoc projects as they are assigned

All you'll need for success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with an independent work ethic, an inquisitive approach, and a proven ability to challenge the status quo through intelligent risk-taking and innovation.
  • Possesses strong commercial acumen combined with analytical, data-driven decision-making skills, enabling the identification, recommendation, and implementation of effective business improvements and change initiatives.
  • Proven ability to take projects from conceptualization through to implementation, with strong organizational skills, the ability to develop and adhere to timelines, and to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels and cultures.
  • A highly effective team player, with strong cross-functional and cross-cultural awareness, fostering alignment across Sales, RM, and partner teams.
  • Demonstrates logical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities, applying structured approaches to complex commercial and operational challenges.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/MS Office and Power BI, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to support decision-making and deliver impactful, high-quality presentations.
  • Flexibility to travel as required in support of business objectives.
