Area Visual Merchandiser

Job Description:

  • Execute seasonal and campaign visual merchandising guidance across retailers within the territory
  • Take accountability for branded spaces and drive performance and commercial gains
  • Report impacts and findings through the in-house reporting tool and Microsoft Teams
  • Build relationships with retail management and in-store colleagues through coaching and store walk-throughs
  • Participate in team meetings and conference calls to understand client briefs and provide store escalations
  • Capture concise, realistic and timely shop-floor insight
  • Drive in-store layout decisions based on directives and retailer stock availability
  • Maintain VM standards and deliver an on-brand shopping experience
  • Create impactful Shop-In-Shop consumer experiences emphasizing category presentation
  • Implement marketing activities aligned with client requirements
  • Attend VM meetings and product training sessions
  • Support quarterly showroom setups when requested
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, new store openings and resets across concept stores

Requirements:

  • 2-year dedicated VM regional experience, ideally in apparel
  • High IT skills across the Microsoft suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
  • Good numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills
  • Geographical mobility across the territory
  • Access to own car
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends
  • Flexibility to adjust hours in line with campaign launches, planned layout changes and out-of-store opportunities
