About the Role We’re looking for an Assembly Operative to join a busy and growing team in Rainham. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in assembling high-quality products, ensuring everything is built accurately and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assembling components following clear instructions and quality standards
  • Building, testing, and packing finished products
  • Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Following health and safety guidelines, including use of PPE
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Reporting any issues and suggesting improvements where possible


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work accurately
  • Basic computer skills
  • A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Willingness to carry out repetitive tasks and stand for periods of time
