We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Assessment Quality Administrator to join our Assessment Delivery team. This role is integral to ensuring the quality, compliance and integrity of assessments across our regulated and unregulated qualification portfolio, supporting learners, centres and stakeholders nationwide. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a structured and quality-focused environment, have exceptional attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the administration, quality assurance and delivery of assessment materials.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and audit trails.
- Coordinate assessment activities and support key quality processes.
- Respond to assessment-related queries from centres and stakeholders.
- Produce reports and assist with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment processes and systems.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written English and proofreading abilities.
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English.
Desirable:
- Experience in a regulated, assessment or awarding organisation environment.
- Knowledge of qualification delivery or assessment processes.
- Experience working with digital systems and data analysis.
- Understanding of quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
