Your Core Responsibilities
- Identify, review and log new bid enquiries from clients.
- Provide proofreading and editing support to Bid Writers and Managers.
- Review, log and circulate tender Q&As.
- Assist in the design and completion of storyboards and bid plans.
- Complete company information and company responses within bids.
- Complete CVs and case studies within bids.
- Collate information to support bid proposals.
- Report on bid progress through appropriate internal channels.
About You
- Our ideal Assistant Bid Writer will have: strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Experience or aptitude in reviewing and editing written content.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A personable attitude, with the confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A general understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the construction and property industry.
- Degree-level education, ideally in English, History, or Engineering.
