With a primary focus on the Middle East market, the role is responsible for driving leisure, corporate and MICE business from the region whilst also supporting the growth of leisure business across other key UK and international source markets.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

As Assistant Director of Sales – Middle East & Leisure, you will be responsible for growing revenue from key Middle Eastern markets across leisure, corporate, and MICE segments, while supporting broader leisure growth opportunities in the UK and beyond.

You will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key wholesale, leisure, and corporate partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.
  • Represent the hotel at international trade shows, sales missions, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, hotel show rounds, and client events.
  • Support the Director of Sales in achieving commercial objectives and mentoring the wider sales team.

What are we looking for

  • Proven sales experience within hospitality, with established Middle East industry contacts.
  • Fluent in Arabic (essential).
  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of driving results.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Positive, resilient, and motivated by winning new business.
