Associate Director, Business Manager (Markets Treasury Transformation)

Combining business management responsibilities with transformation expertise, you'll drive front office desk-specific projects end-to-end, including project management, business analysis, and test management, while also supporting the delivery and execution of larger global initiatives.,

  • Lead and deliver large-scale global transformation programmes, including requirements gathering, process mapping, test management, and solution design ensuring objectives and timelines are met
  • Manage project governance, including clear status reporting, decision logs, and escalation of issues to appropriate senior forums
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy, including market analysis, benchmarking, and business case preparation
  • Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to improve processes, insight, and value delivery
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing best practice and encouraging experimentation in a supportive environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and support functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Support governance, risk management, and compliance activities as required
  • At times, provide business management support to front office teams and the wider business manager and COO community

    Proven experience in projects management, management consulting, or business management, ideally within financial services or a front office environment
  • Familiarity with transformation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of contributing to business planning and transformation strategy
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, digital tools, and innovative ways of working
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience preparing materials for senior audiences
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, collaborating across time zones
