Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure the most favorable terms and pricing for the company. Monitor and track procurement budgets, ensuring that all purchases are within budget and in line with company policies and procedures. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform procurement decisions. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of IT products and services, and resolve any issues or delays with vendors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to IT procurement and ensure compliance.
