The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment process while developing valuable sales and business development skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates
  • Building relationships with professionals and hiring managers
  • Interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability
  • Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
  • Managing interviews, feedback, and offers
  • Negotiating placements and generating revenue
  • Working towards individual targets and earning uncapped commission
