Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for utilizing RWD in various aspects of drug development and commercialization. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RWD and digital technologies in the healthcare industry, and provide recommendations for their integration into the company's processes. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on RWD and digital initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure access to quality RWD and digital solutions. Lead and mentor a team of RWD and digital experts, providing guidance and support for their professional development. Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate the value and potential of RWD and digital technologies for the company. Develop and manage budgets for RWD and digital initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and Data Science, to ensure seamless integration and utilization of RWD and digital technologies across the organization. Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines related to RWD and digital technologies, and ensure compliance within the team's activities. Represent the company at industry conferences and events, promoting the company's expertise in RWD and digital technologies. Continuously evaluate and improve the RWD and Digital Academies' curriculum, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging the exploration and utilization of new RWD and digital tools and techniques.
