The Opportunity:

We’re urgently hiring Automation Testers for a greenfield RPA implementation project. You’ll be helping to implement test automation for an Automation Anywhere-powered quotation system.

This is a hands-on role requiring broad test automation experience and the ability to thrive in an environment where nothing is yet in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and execute end-to-end test automation for RPA workflows
  • Own System Testing, Performance Testing, and UAT phases
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to shape QA strategy
  • Use a mix of tools and frameworks to build robust test automation
  • Provide QA coverage across various parts of the finance transformation programme

Tech & Tools You’ll Use:

  • RPA Platforms: Automation Anywhere (Must)/ RPA solution, UiPath, Blue Prism
  • Automation Tools: Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, TDD
  • Performance Testing: JMeter or similar
  • Others: Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tool

What We\'re Looking For:

Proven experience testing RPA solutions

Hands-on experience building automated test frameworks from scratch

Versatile QA skill set – a true “Swiss Army knife” of testing

Strong communication and ability to work independently

Background in finance or quoting systems (nice to have)

Salary: GBP 30000 - 45000 per year Experience: 3 years required
