PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME POSITION

Must live in the United States.

SGS Alliance is currently hiring for a part-time remote B2B Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist.

This position starts with approximately 10 hours per week on one client account. As additional client accounts become available, successful contractors may have the opportunity to increase their hours.

Depending on campaign availability and performance, hours may eventually range from 10 to approximately 35 hours per week. However, this position is NOT guaranteed to provide full-time hours and will NOT be a 40+ hour-per-week position.

If you need or are specifically looking for a guaranteed full-time position with 40+ hours per week, please do not apply.

SGS Alliance is a B2B lead generation and appointment-setting company specializing in commercial HVAC, Mechanical, Janitorial, and Facility Services.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor position focused on outbound commercial prospecting.

  • Experience making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and management-level decision-makers

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Important: Please Read Before Applying

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys outbound B2B sales, cold calling, and prospecting and is looking for part-time work.

Please do not apply if you need immediate full-time employment, guaranteed 40+ hours per week, or a position that will quickly become a full-time job.

We begin new contractors with approximately 10 hours per week on an assigned client account. Additional hours are based on campaign availability, client needs, and successful performance. While some contractors may eventually work close to full-time hours, SGS Alliance cannot guarantee 40 hours per week, and this position should not be considered a full-time employment opportunity.

If you are uncomfortable making cold calls, do not enjoy speaking with business decision-makers, or are primarily looking for a customer service or inbound calling position, this will not be the right fit.

We are looking for experienced callers who understand that successful appointment setting requires consistency, professionalism, persistence, and the ability to have a genuine business conversation.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and/or LinkedIn profile along with a brief description of your B2B calling or appointment-setting experience.

One verifiable supervisor or manager reference is required.

If you meet the qualifications and would like to schedule an interview, please email resume to: trumsey@sgspros.com

We look forward to hearing from experienced B2B callers who are specifically interested in a part-time opportunity with SGS Alliance.
