B2C Membership Recruiter (Freelance, Part-Time, Remote)

B2C Membership Recruiter (Part-Time)

Fully Remote

£15 per hour + performance bonuses

5 hours per week | Flexible hours | Initial 4-week paid trial

Contract until at least 28 February 2027, with long-term extension based on results

E Junior Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Stats Profit for a confident and resourceful B2C salesperson to build a new member acquisition strategy from scratch.

This is not a conventional sales role with an established pipeline, supplied contact list or proven outreach process. Stats Profit needs someone who can identify suitable prospects, approach them professionally, test different ideas and convert genuine interest into paid annual memberships.

Sales experience is welcome but not essential. Applicants without direct experience must be able to present a credible strategy, explain why it should work and convince us that it is worth testing during the initial four-week paid trial.

About Stats Profit

Stats Profit is a specialist football analytics membership service built on 12 completed seasons of recorded data.

The business researches selected weekend home-win opportunities across leading European leagues using historical performance, probability modelling and clearly defined selection criteria.

Members receive researched selections during the football season, a results tracker, monthly performance reports and supporting information explaining the approach.

Annual subscriptions are mainly sold during a seasonal window from August to January or February. Stats Profit currently has one active paying member, so this is a genuine build-from-zero sales opportunity rather than an account-management role.

The Opportunity

Your objective during the first four weeks will be to generate at least two new paying annual members from prospects you have sourced independently.

You will receive product information, access to the Stats Profit website and support from the business owner. However, you should not expect a ready-made list, established sales pipeline, paid advertising campaign or step-by-step sales process.

You will design, implement and improve your own B2C sales strategy using your own normal prospecting tools, resources and networks.

Possible approaches include:

  • Direct outreach and social prospecting
  • Relevant online communities and networks
  • Partnerships, affiliates and referrals
  • Educational conversations and webinar invitations
  • Lead-generation tools, databases or other compliant channels
  • Other ethical and commercially sensible ideas you can justify

All activity must be lawful, professional and appropriate for the audience. We want thoughtful targeting and genuine conversations, not indiscriminate messaging or misleading sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a practical 30-day acquisition plan
  • Define the ideal customer and where to find them
  • Source your own B2C leads independently
  • Start and manage outbound conversations
  • Explain the Stats Profit offer clearly and responsibly
  • Qualify prospects based on genuine interest and suitability
  • Follow up and convert interest into annual memberships
  • Track weekly activity, responses, leads and sales
  • Test different channels and improve your approach
  • Provide a concise weekly performance update

About You

Relevant experience may include B2C sales, business development, lead generation, membership sales, telesales, recruitment, community building, affiliate marketing or customer acquisition.

We will also consider applicants without formal sales experience who demonstrate strong commercial instincts, confidence, creativity and a convincing plan.

You must be able to:

  • Commit to five hours per week
  • Own both lead generation and sales conversion
  • Build a strategy rather than wait for instructions
  • Find prospects without being given a contact list
  • Communicate confidently in writing and conversation
  • Explain a specialist service in clear, credible language
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Measure performance honestly and improve from results
  • Work effectively within a small, early-stage business

Hours, Pay and Contract

  • £15 per hour
  • Five hours per week
  • Fully remote with flexible working hours
  • Initial four-week paid trial
  • £50 for each prospect you generate who becomes a paying annual member within 30 days
  • Contract until at least 28 February 2027 after a successful trial
  • Long-term extension available for consistent sales performance

Candidates who secure at least two new paying annual members during the paid trial and demonstrate a professional, repeatable approach will be offered continuation through at least 28 February 2027.

We are not looking for a polished corporate presentation. We want clear thinking, realistic assumptions, personal ownership and a strategy strong enough to test.

This role will suit someone excited by the challenge of building a sales process from the ground up and proving that their own ideas can generate measurable results.
