So what’s the job all about?

  • Bake products in both the travelling oven and rack oven, in line with the production plan and CCPs.
  • Ensure that the oven is prepared and set up for baking daily and use a probe to ensure that products have reashced the correct temperarture, make up tags for the finished products and record the batch on them
  • Handle hot products and hot racks, including loading an unloading ovens. Monitor the baking process, ensure baking standards are achieved, both quality and food safety.
  • Ensure that any traceability paperwork is conducted accurately.
