The hospital has an exceptional reputation within a variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Sports & Exercise Medicine, Cosmetics, Ophthalmic, Gynaecology, General Surgery & Physiotherapy. <br><br><strong>Duties and responsibilities:</strong><br><br>Clinical Nurse Specialist will act as the clinical expert and professional resource to the multi-professional team, patients and carers. <br><ul> <li>Management of direct patient care and to be responsible for a clinical caseload and safely administer SACT. </li> <li>To work closely with other site-specific Consultants, CNS' and work as a team.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and concise documentation in relation to clinical activities. </li> <li>Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies both within and out of the hospital setting to ensure patient needs are met, especially in relation to ongoing care needs and discharge arrangements.</li> <li>Provide professional support to colleagues working within the cancer unit setting.</li> <li>To offer patients a Holistic Needs Assessment at relevant points in their pathway.
