Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver top-tier service while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere
  • Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Train staff safety procedures, proper serving techniques, and responsible alcohol service
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, including cleanliness standards and safety protocols
  • Develop innovative drink menus and promotional strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers
  • Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Organize promotions, events, and seasonal beverage offerings.
  • Sales & Marketing for bar/ hotel
  • Develop strategies to increase occupancy.
  • Promote hotel services and special offers.
  • Supervise daily hotel operations.
  • Ensure all departments (front office, housekeeping, beverage, maintenance) work smoothly.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and motivate staff.

Skills

  • Proven supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting with strong team management skills
  • Hands-on experience with bar & hotel
  • Background in hospitality or hotel environments with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lead with energy, motivate staff, and foster a positive team culture
  • Strong understanding of beverage crafting, including barista experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments and with guests

Pay: £14.50 per hour
