Barista- with F&B and Hospitality Experience

Café is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our team.

We are seeking a professional with previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B), café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks according to company standards.
  • Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment.
  • Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of required items.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
  • Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth café operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista in F&B, café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality.
  • Good knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Candidates currently residing in Qatar only.

Experience:
Barista / F&B / Hospitality: 1–2 years preferred

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
