Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote a positive atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and manage tabs effectively
  • Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and ensure timely service delivery

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing

  • Familiarity with serving techniques, including proper drink mixing and presentation
