We’re Opening a Brand-New Store in Beeston !

We’re opening a brand-new Poundstretcher store , and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused team members to join us. Sales Assistants

If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a busy environment, and want a role where no two days are the same, this could be perfect for you.

Your role will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service with a smile

  • Keeping shelves stocked, tidy, and well-presented

  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment

  • Working flexibly across different shifts

  • Contracts start from 4 hours per week, with plenty of overtime available. This is a fast-paced environment with great opportunities for progression as we continue to grow.

    .Key Holders (16 hours per week + overtime)

    As a Key Holder, you’ll be a vital part of the store’s management team - helping to lead colleagues, support the Store Manager, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

    We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Driven, hardworking, and reliable

  • Experienced in a busy retail setting (discount retail is an advantage, but not essential)

  • Ready to take on responsibility and support with leadership tasks

  • Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers

  • Driving sales and achieving KPIs

  • Supporting with recruitment, training, and motivating staff

  • Ensuring company standards are met and maintained

  • Overseeing health & safety for the store and colleagues
