You will also act as a recognised subject matter expert, helping to develop bidding capability across the organisation through coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading bid reviews and identifying lessons learned to improve future performance.
  • Working with the wider bid team to enhance bid governance, qualification processes and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Coaching colleagues and promoting bidding best practice across the business.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.
