Broadsword, our VIP charter air service, offer unparalleled bespoke and personalised air travel solutions.</p> <p>We are seeking B737 Cabin Crew, reporting to the Head of Cabin Services, working within an excellent and diverse team. The role will be responsible for ensuring the utmost safety and comfort of our customers whilst onboard. We are looking for individuals seeking varied hours and that are committed to a flexible approach to meet operational demands of the business. Therefore, we are looking for the successful candidates to live within reasonable travelling distance of the airport. As a non-scheduled airline, the flying is both varied and interesting, flying from destinations throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.</p> <p>It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate the following skills, knowledge, and experience:</p> <ul> <li>Previous flying experience as Cabin Crew (preferably within the last 5 years)</li> <li>Hold a valid ‘UK Attestation of Cabin Crew Training’ (Or willing to obtain one at own expense prior to commencing employment with 2Excel)</li> <li>Be an excellent team player, with a warm and friendly approach</li> <li>Outstanding customer service skills with a passion to provide our customers with a genuine VIP experience</li> <li>Organisational skills with a willingness to go above and beyond the flying role both pre and post flight to deliver exceptional customer service</li> <li>Demonstrate professionalism and be passionate about the company and its core values</li> <li>Focus driven, motivated and extremely flexible to a changeable roster pattern, which encompasses both day trips and longer away trips</li> <li>Previous experience of operating commercial, private and charter flying experience would be of a significant advantage</li> </ul> <p>Applicants must be able to demonstrate the Right to Work in the UK combined with a current passport with no travel limitations.</p> <p>In return we can offer you a competitive salary dependant on previous experience, generous holiday allowance, private health care, company pension.
