## Brand Manager – NSCLC Oncology ### Join Our IO Lung Team in London We are seeking a strategic, driven, and collaborative Brand Manager to focus on NSCLC within our IO portfolio, based at our London St Pancras office. This is a competitive salary role with excellent benefits. The UK OBU IO Lung team is looking for someone who can work cross-functionally to develop data- and insight-driven, prioritised brand strategies. You will deliver innovative operational plans that achieve meaningful business and patient outcomes. This role covers one of our priority indications in a highly competitive market. Our high-performance, high-energy culture enables agile, insight-driven work and best-in-class customer engagement that makes a real difference for patients living with lung cancer. ### What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include developing localised brand plans for in-market indications and considering portfolio synergies and strategies. You will use insights to drive tactical ideation, delivering engaging, compliant tactics across multiple channels. Managing the asset approval and compliance process with cross-functional partners is a key part of this role, as is engaging externally with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers. You'll use insights and performance data to optimise the impact of your tactical execution. ### What We're Looking For **Essential Skills and Experience:** - Degree qualified - Significant pharmaceutical commercial experience with a strong performance track record - Proven experience successfully launching pharmaceutical products - Creative multichannel marketing capabilities together with rigorous commercial business sense - Oncology experience **Desirable Skills and Experience:** - Strong knowledge of the UK market and the NHS environment - Lung oncology experience - ABPI signatory status ### Why Astra.
