This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of planning, infrastructure delivery and building safety during a period of significant change within the development industry.<br><br>Whether you are beginning your career, recently graduated or seeking a new challenge, this position offers the opportunity to gain specialist experience in a growing and important area of local government.<br><br><strong>The role</strong><br>As a Building Safety Levy & Contributions Officer, you will play a key role in implementing, developing and managing the new Building Safety Levy while supporting wider developer contribution functions.</p><p>You will:<br>• Work with developers, agents, solicitors and building control providers.<br>• Monitor housing developments and infrastructure contributions.<br>• Issue notices, invoices and correspondence.<br>• Maintain accurate records and databases.<br>• Provide advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders.<br>• Support compliance monitoring and auditing activities.<br>• Assist with reporting, analysis and service improvement projects. </p><p><strong><em>This is a fixed term role (Funding limited project) until 31/03/2028</em></strong></p><p>We are ideally looking to offer the successful candidate the full number of hours advertised above.
