Your Mission:

As our Business Developer & Product Trainer, you’ll be a key player in driving sales performance and enhancing customer satisfaction across our network. Your goal? To equip our teams with the skills and insights they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Upskill Our Network: Develop and deliver engaging training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CAD software.
  • Create Impactful Content: Design or adapt training modules that align with our brand, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • On-the-Field Coaching: Guide and inspire through practical, real-world coaching. Monitor performance and adapt strategies for success.
  • Drive Innovation: Support the introduction and implementation of new product categories across the network.

Business Development

  • Boost Sales: Identify growth levers and drive sales initiatives in collaboration with the Area Manager.
  • Partner Enablement: Audit dealer performance and implement development plans to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Grow Profitability: Use Schmidt Groupe’s methods and tools to develop turnover and profitability across the network.
  • Support Tools: Contribute to the creation of impactful sales support materials and tools.
  • Bridge Communication: Ensure seamless communication between the field and internal departments by relaying feedback and insights.

Profile

What We\'re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen or Interior Solutions Designer.
  • Passion for sales, with a love for coaching and developing others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for kitchen and interior design trends.
