What you will do:

Own the end-to-end new business motion including outbound strategy, inbound qualification, and senior-level partnership development across the eCommerce ecosystem.

Define and maintain the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and qualification criteria to ensure every deal is well-shaped for the delivery teams.

Lead high-stakes pitches and commercial negotiations alongside founders, translating complex digital strategies into compelling narratives for C-suite prospects.

The ideal candidate:

Significant experience in senior business development or commercial leadership roles specifically within a digital agency or consultancy environment.

Proven track record of selling complex, multi-channel strategy services rather than commodity offerings to CMOs and Heads of eCommerce.

Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, specifically how SEO, digital PR, and paid media intersect to drive retail brand growth.
