As Sales Director with expertise gained in the market research panels industry, joining a small team of senior sales professionals, you will take ownership of new customer acquisition across the UK and Europe. driving revenue growth through a suite of high-quality market research services, panels, sampling solutions and specialist insight products. This is a senior, hands-on commercial role where your ability to open doors, nurture relationships and close high-value deals will be central to your success. Responsibility spans the full sales cycle from prospecting and building your pipeline, through to pitching, negotiating then transitioning newly acquired clients to an expert account team.

Success in this role calls for deep experience of selling market research services - panel or sampling and a well-established network across research agencies, consultancies and media groups An ability to position value, tailor solutions across B2C and B2B audiences and communicate with confidence at senior level is essential. This role blends autonomous new-business leadership with the opportunity to mentor others, influence strategy and, as the UK & footprint expands the potential to build and lead your own small sales team.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient and highly credible, a natural relationship builder who thrives operating at pace, spotting opportunities, and driving consistent growth. You’ll be confident presenting to clients, representing the business at industry events and taking an active role in strengthening the business presence across key European markets.
