Rotational This stream is aimed at those that are looking for a rounded introduction into different professional areas within a global corporate business.

What Could You Be Doing?

  • Spend time in core functional teams within Lloyd\'s.
  • Work within our Project Management team supporting projects that help build the Future of Lloyd\'s.
  • Support employees across the globe within HR.
  • Assist employees with technology as part of the IT team.

Whilst on the Programme you will study for the Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship Standard which includes the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Diploma, preparing you for success during and after your Graduate Programme finishes.

Entry Requirements

  • Minimum 2.1 degree (or equivalent) in any subject.
