To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Education & Experience: Minimum High School education. Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential—we value attitude and potential. Language Skills: Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)—clear communication is essential. Additional languages are an advantage and will make you stand out. Personal Qualities: A professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations. Excellent interpersonal skills—you work effectively with diverse teams and serve customers from various cultural backgrounds. Physical & Medical Requirements: Ability to meet the physical and medical requirements for the role, including safety and emergency procedure standards. Ability to swim—essential for safety.
