Cabin Crew Community & Partnerships Manager

Odyssey delivers catering for private aviation from London, Paris and Miami. We combine exceptional food, responsive service and technology that makes ordering easier for flight attendants and operators.

As part of a wider hospitality group, we also have access to restaurants, chefs and experiences well beyond the galley.

The Role

In private aviation, the flight attendant often decides where the catering comes from. You'll build a UK community those crew actively want to belong to: practical training, chef-led masterclasses, tastings, events and perks that are genuinely useful on the job.

At its core is a hand-picked ambassador network of well-connected flight attendants who introduce peers to Odyssey, share honest feedback and help us improve.

This is a hands-on relationship role with a clear commercial goal. Success means more crew registered, placing a first order, and coming back.

What You'll do Build and run the ambassador network
  • Recruit around credible UK ambassadors, mainly from private aviation, with a mix of corporate flight department, charter/management company and freelance crew.
  • Own each relationship end to end: first conversation, onboarding, regular check-ins and ongoing engagement.
  • Give ambassadors a clear programme: what we ask, what they get, how referrals work and how they're tracked.
  • Equip them to introduce peers through personal recommendations, events and trackable referral links.
  • Grow thoughtfully, prioritising trust, relevance and active participation over headcount.
Create Experiences worth turning up for
  • Run a calendar of chef-led masterclasses, tastings, dinners and networking events, planned around crew rosters and base airports.
  • With our culinary team, deliver practical sessions on onboard plating, reheating in galley ovens, menu planning, allergens and dietary requirements, and food safety on board.
  • Run onboarding and training so crew can confidently order through Odyssey's ordering platform.
  • dKeep every event welcoming, useful and grounded in the realities of working onboard.
Develop perks and partnerships
  • Design and manage a benefits programme: restaurant privileges across the group, invitations, exclusive experiences and referral rewards.
  • Deliver benefits consistently and within budget with our restaurants and partner businesses.
  • Explore partnerships with crew training providers, crew agencies, aviation businesses and community organisers.
  • Review which benefits actually drive engagement and repeat orders, and cut the ones that don't.
Be the day-to-day voice of the community
  • Build personal relationships with ambassadors and the wider UK flight attendant network.
  • Run community channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, facebook, email etc.), keeping members informed without overwhelming them.
  • Gather honest feedback on food, packaging, delivery, service and ordering, and bring it back to operations, culinary and technology with clear priorities.
  • Close the loop: show members what changed because of their feedback.
  • Hand members to customer service quickly when they need help with a live order or issue.
Turn relationships into measurable growth
  • Track referrals, registrations, first orders and repeat orders generated by the programme.
  • Personally help new members get from introduction to a successful first order.
  • Keep accurate CRM records: contacts, consents, engagement history and referral attribution.
  • Own the programme and events budget and report monthly on participation, cost per new ordering crew member and commercial results.
