Opening Times:

Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm

Sat / Sunday - 9am - 4pm

Site: Highgate_ Hill_, London N19 5NL

Hourly Rate: £12.71 + Tronc

Expected hourly earnings: £14 - £15

Hours: 30-40 hours pw avg. Flexible.

Covers: 50-65

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team. You’ll work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and support the development of our all-day café and bar concept.

This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role, make an impact, and help shape the culture and direction of a growing independent business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day service and ensure a high standard of hospitality
  • Support and motivate the front-of-house team
  • Assist with opening/closing procedures and stock management
  • Help deliver an engaging café, bar, and events experience
  • Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike
