Job Description Are you a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking caring and motivated Waking Nights Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals in their own homes during overnight hours, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key Tasks * Providing person-centred care and support throughout the night. * Assisting with personal care, including toileting and hygiene needs. * Monitoring clients' wellbeing and ensuring their safety. * Administering or prompting medication where required. * Offering companionship and reassurance during the night. * Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns. * Supporting clients with mobility and positioning needs.
